  • Half cup water
  • 2 Cups spinach
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 6 Brussel Sprouts
  • .25 Fennel bulb
  • .25 Fennel bulb
  • 1 Cucumber, quartered

Making process

  • Blend the water, spinach, basil, and Brussels sprouts
  • Pulsing until they are in small chunks.
  • Pulsing until they are in small chunks.
  • Next, blend the fennel and the cucumber.
  • If you’d like, add some black pepper, a pinch of sea salt, or maybe even a jalapeno.
  • Now your smoothie is ready to serve.
