Probiotic Pumpkin Soup

probiotic pumpkin soup


  • 250 gm red pumpkin (bhopla/lal kaddu)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Half carrot, cubed
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon miso paste
  • Parsley for garnishing


  1. Boil pumpkin, carrots and onions together in a cup of water
  2. Add cinnamon and sea salt
  3. Once done, blende with a hand blender
  4. Add miso paste
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving
