Ingredients
- 250 gm red pumpkin (bhopla/lal kaddu)
- 1 onion, diced
- Half carrot, cubed
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon miso paste
- Parsley for garnishing
Method
- Boil pumpkin, carrots and onions together in a cup of water
- Add cinnamon and sea salt
- Once done, blende with a hand blender
- Add miso paste
- Garnish with parsley before serving
