PCOS is very common hormonal imbalance diasease found in females. patients with PCOS generally face abnormal hormonal changes like delay in periods, facial hair, excess body hair, acne on face, obesity and weight gain.

It is a condition when female ovaries try to make more male hormones instead of female hormones. PCOS  causes many complications in females body in not treated on time even it may cause disease like infertility, type 2 diabetes, obesity etc. In PCOS the level of androgens hormone increase abnormally.

What causes PCOS ?

There is no exact cause of PCOD found, but there could be some factors which can cause PCOS.

  1. Being overweight
  2. Lack of iron in the body
  3. Hereditary factor
  4. High level of LH
  5. increased Insulin in the  blood
